What is Hydraulic Manifold Blocks?

The Hydraulic Manifold Blocks is a collection of dispersed hydraulic oil circuits. It is simply a block that controls the operation of hydraulic oil. Usually manifolds are made of metal, aluminum, cast iron etc. For each hydraulic system, separate Hydraulic Manifold Blocks need to be designed according to the hydraulic schematic diagram. 

Its advantage is to simplify the installation, maintenance, replacement, and future maintenance of the hydraulic system. The disadvantage is that the design and processing requirements are high, and the single piece cost is high. Not suitable for single unit small batch production.
